Past performance is not indicative of future results. Pocket Vault does not guarantee any specific level of return. The AI algorithms used may not always predict market movements accurately.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits of using the Service and assume all risks associated with your investment decisions.
5. Fees and Charges
Pocket Vault may charge various fees including but not limited to:
- Management fees on invested capital
- Performance fees based on profits
- Withdrawal fees for fund transfers
- Transaction fees for cryptocurrency transfers
All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before any investment or transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or business decisions. Upon termination, we will facilitate the withdrawal of your remaining funds within 30 business days.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pocket Vault is incorporated, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
